Our Process
Repair
Our first step is to repair whatever caused the damage. Restoration must begin with fixing the problem.
Water Extraction
Depending on the severity of water damage we may use a pump for large areas or vacuum for smaller areas of water. Sometimes we will extract the water after the removal process.
Remove & Dry
We inspect for all damaged materials and remove & dispose of them. After disposing we use our dehumidifiers and air movers to dry out areas.
Sanitize & Reconstruct
Our final steps consist of deodorizing and sanitizing with different two solutions proven to stop molding and deodorize that awful scent of mildew. Finally we begin reconstructing all damaged areas. We then lay paint and texturing.
