Modified Roofing
For years, flat roofs around Texas, particularly in the hail belt have been constructed from modified bitumen systems. Modified bitumen roofs have an asphalt base and are designed specifically for flat roof applications. Improvements made over the years to these systems have upgraded the quality of these roofs to increase performance, durability, and flexibility. Installation of a modified bitumen roof is quicker and less expensive due to the new agents used for these roofing systems. These types of systems come in various colors.
