About Rooftop Innovations

A Tomball, TX native, Arnold started his trade career in the oil field immediately following his high school graduation. There, he quickly shot to success, becoming a superintendent tasked with running a large operation in Eagle Ford. During this operation, he discovered he thrived in a leadership role. He found coordinating a team to be a great skill of his; one that he truly enjoyed. He became passionate about leading in a manner that people gravitated towards, one focused on encouragement and support. This passion led to a dream of building his own successful business. This dream began to manifest at his dining room table in 2016, and Roof Top Innovations was born. RTI quickly scaled to become one of the largest residential roofing contractors in Texas. Serving the greater Houston area for 4 years, Arnold still possessed a clear vision of growth. With that vision, Roof Top Innovations was expanded to Waco and surrounding Central Texas areas in 2021.

When asked what Roof Top Innovations means to him, Arnold responded that it is simply a huge chunk of his heart, because it is a dream come to reality. What gives him the most pride in RTI is not by his own success, but by watching his team continuously set and reach their goals. He doesn’t just mean professional or even financial goals, but personal ones, too. He said he receives the most fulfillment from seeing others win. What he loves most about RTI is the company culture. We can vouch that he works diligently to create an environment where everyone is tightly meshed, supportive, and truly like family. When asked how he challenges himself in a leadership role to inspire growth, he broached the topic of responsibility. He believes taking full responsibility for any situation, followed by taking action, both challenges and characterizes him as a leader. He also broached the topic of respect, emphasizing that you cannot expect to receive it if you do not give it. He believes these values pave the way for innovation, inspiration, and growth. His professional goals for 2024 seem simple but speak volumes – he aims to continue to grow RTI to create opportunities for new, goal-oriented individuals, as well as provide new opportunities for those already within the company.

In addition to Roof Top Innovations, Arnold’s heart is filled by his family. His wife Cecilia, whom he married in 2016, and two children, Wesley ( 4 ) and Aubrey ( 8 ), are his entire world. We have heard Arnold say, “If I lost everything material tomorrow, I would be the richest man on the planet because of my family.” He believes family comes first, always. He loves to spend his time cooking out with family and friends, watching his children’s swim and gymnastics meets, traveling and exploring new places, and is an avid outdoorsman, especially when it comes to hunting. Arnold’s passion is mentoring others to help them reach their goals. We would describe him as completely selfless and say that is what sets him apart as a husband, father, and business owner. He always displays his competitive drive to reach both realistic and unrealistic goals, defining the tone set within Roof Top Innovations, encouraging others to shoot for the stars.
